RecommendedCame in through ER with stomach ache. Ended up with an appendectomy! Easy surgery recovery & everybody was competent and a lot of fun!
Have been sitting in ER with my mother who has dementia for 3 hours. After 2.5 hours I went to see what we were waiting on. Her blood clotted before they got it to the lab. Why did I have to go find a nurse to get that information 2.5 hours after arriving? No one has come back to redraw blood 3 hours later. Is the ER that short staffed today? Monitors beeping, no one has checked her vitals since arrival. Nurse has ZERO clue about the Eastside AIDET. Doctor has only been in at arrival. This is a ridiculous scenario.
Do not go to Eastside Hospital in Snellville if you Love your Love ones! if you have other Hospital choice please go there. DO NOT go to Eastside Medical Hospital. The Staff do not care about your love ones they are only there for a pay check. I wouldnt go there if my life depended on it!

I would not recommend this hospital , the most rudest staff, they talk about their patients out in the hallway 4 th floor totally the worst

I recently visited the ER with my daughter who had a kidney infection. Chandra and Rebecca took excellent care of her! We could have not asked for more kindness and compassion from these two. Chandra was especially helpful by taking extra time with the IV and talking my daughter (who was petrified) through it. We were very impressed!
