RecommendedI cannot say enough great things about Eastside Medical Center. I recently had a medical emergency and from the ER to the Operation to my recovery in their Women’s center, everything they did made a pretty scary and awful experience so much better. The nursing staff in the Women’s center was beyond amazing and attentive. Nurse Cheryl is the best! I’m so very lucky that I sought treatment there!

The ER staff is the absolute worse. I went in because of chronic pain. They took my blood pressure and saw it was really high, yet did nothing to try to figure out what was wrong. They are very dismissive and careless. I would not recommend them at all!!!!
ICU unit was horrible. Nursing staff had no empathy or bedside manners. Many of the specialists argued with one another and contradicted each other. When I made a complaint about abuse from a nurse the nursing manager did nothing but act like I had the problem and that I was the issue and not her nurse. There was no follow-through concerning the abuse. When my loved one was transferred from Northside to Emory it was a total mess which lead to his demise. I've only experienced great service while at Eastside. That includes the er and inpatient care. My husband has been hospitalized here multiple times. I even had my surgery here. Great staff
I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. My mother went in for a procedure 2 days ago and it was clear that the staff had no idea of what they were doing. I was not impressed with the hospital, the staff or the nurses. We will not be using this hospital in the future.
2018 Women’s Center has the worst nurses with the worst bedside manners. I have to call and remind them of when I’m due to take my meds. They don’t listen to the patients. This is how so many patients die. If I’m telling you what I feel why ignore it. At 24 weeks I am discharging myself and finding another hospital to have my baby.
