I wish I had read the reviews before going here for a stat test. A tech put me through so much unnecessary stress. My how the staff needs trainings on patient relations & education. Such a bad experience I did not even stay for my ultrasound. The tech was so incompetent & beyond rude. Sheet had black small hairs throughout it 🤢 They wasted my entire day with not knowing what they were doing. Appt was to take an hr. I missed an entire day of no pay & planned on going back to work. Will never go back or recommend.
I went up to Eastside lastnight around 10 or 11 screaming in pain for two hours while I listened to registration women laugh at me me and my two grown kids watched them laugh over my pain. They kept pushing my folder back. Sending people back with no urgent need to be cruel. I ended up leaving after the second time the moved me back and continued to laugh at me cry. I went home and ended up calling an ambulance who I got to take me to Gwinnett Medical and treated for severe muscle spasms ended up leaving GMC at 940 this morn... read more
Arrived at the medical center at 7:35. Finished my registration by 8. Waiting for the chemo medicine to arrive for the infusion...9:50...still not here. Coming to this facility, you have wait over 2 hours for the meds to arrive. Not acceptable. The infusion itself takes 4 hours. So I will be be for over 6 hours. Not a happy. This sucks!

Horrible unprofessional staff, lack of patient care.
What a contrast in service! I was there two weeks ago for an operation. My room was on the 4th floor. Nurses Bavini and Debbie were excellent. They were very helpful and made my stay as comfortable as possible. They both went out of the way. On the other hand Nurse Blessing was aloof and never straight forward. She is a disservice and a stain on the reputation of this otherwise good hospital. Heaven help those assigned under her care
Terrible ER visit!! Nursing staff severelly lacks skills, acts totally careless, with absolutely no listening skills and no compassion to the sick whatsoever. A true audit would take them out of business. They get 0 from cleaninliness to friendliness, to knowldege and skills. Out of 7 staff people, ONE was at least trying to be nice. The CT scan lab woman was very rude, insensitive to patients pain, and I wish I had the power to fire her on the spot. She doesn't belong in a hospital taking care of sick people in pain.
