They don’t take their patients serious The Dr didn’t even come back in the room to explain the results of the urinalysis or blood work. The nurse comes in tells us the Dr is with another patient and that we are discharged with the prescriptions given. They don’t investigate or look for the root cause. thier service sucks today is July 2, 2019 the waiting room is packed.. the staff has had pizza delivered and a guy who said he has been sitting in the lobby to be seen since 5pm and it's now 10:39 he just had a heart attack in the lobby. this hospital is a discrace to those in the medical profession. Whoever the board members are for this hospital do your job and offer the patients quality service. no one should have to wait over 5 hours in pain in the lobby only to be put in a waiting room for another 3 hours to be seen by ... read more
RecommendedEverybody was nice to me. Treated me with compassion and kindness. I felt stupid for going to their ER for my issue but they were understanding and accepting.
My husband had hip replacement surgery today and everyone on the Joint and Spine floor has been amazing! His nurse, Laura Bruce, and the PT, Mary Lynn have been wonderful! The nurse leader, Sherrie Williams, came to speak to us and made us feel so welcome. So thankful for Dr. Moeller and Eastside 🥰
Nurse Laura Bruce is AMAZING!!!!! She is helping my dad recover from a total hip replacement! I trust her with his life....literally!!! Thanks Laura
I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Literally the most useless hospital facility out there.
This hospital and the staff were truly a blessing to me. and I thank God for sending us there. A special thanks to my nurses. and especially my doctor's Dr. Sims and Dr. Rhondla. Who are still caring for me today. You are truly appreciated and I thank God for you both. 😊😊
