so, so slow. reception employees are like the gate keepers to hell & act accordingly. I.e. evil. the nurses are OK. dr.'s i saw... 2 jerks & 1 kind. go to another er, for sure. you'll die waiting. that's good for reception hell minions, makes their job easier to get the bad souls i guess. seriously, this place is not great people wise nor medical expertise. Gwinnett stinks too but not as bad. almost. but they have better equipment and more employees. try to be in the realm of efficient.
This hospital is very disgusting and treated my mother very wrong while she was sitting for 5 hours waiting for help crying about pain after she collapsed before going to this hospital, this hospital needs to be shut down, not to mention the disrespectful charge nurse Rachel that hung up in my face after getting smart with me and also not to mention how they are letting people use the bathroom outside of the hospital and it smells really bad and rank outside and they are watching people do it and my baby niece had to walk th... read more

I just had the worst follow up appointment with a breast doctor at that facility, went to get my results from having a biopsy in both breast and she was very short with me, she got irritated when I had questions about my results and cut me off when I tried to talk and didn’t even fully explain her findings but did tell me I would need surgery I was so distraught I requested all of medical records before I left now I have to find another breast hopefully God will bless me with a doctor that has some empathy for what I’m going... read more

Great facility to receive care
Today I witnessed a patient bleed on a chair in the waiting room and it not get cleaned up. I know for sure the staff was aware of the mess yet nobody did anything about it. I then saw a man come sit down in that same seat wearing white pants about 30 minutes later. Check the cameras. Was around 1245pm.
We had our twins here on May 27th. The women's pavilion was amazing. the staff was so great to us. It got a bit scary there for a bit. But the staff was so caring and kept me updated on what was happening. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, the nurses, the cafeteria, the housekeeping staff, everyone! My twins were admitted to nicu. They stayed three weeks. the staff was so sweet to my twins. They were extremely accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this as a great place to have your baby.
