Came in at 5pm on January 2nd and left on the 3rd. Worse nurses and doctors I have ever came across. One of the five core values of a nurse is to have human dignity. I did not see or experience not one nurse give a one concern to those patients in the waiting room. I understand Covid has taken over but a little compassion goes a long way. The doctor was worse than the nurses. No leadership from the doctor. Do no harm! Being rude and unsympathetic is harmful. I pray not one nurse or doctor has a family member to be mistreated... read more

I was there, Christmas eve. One dude was pacing all over waiting room. He needed to sit tf down. They let some female patient in waiting room, without a mask. One nurse yelled at me. The nurse I had in the room, left me for a phone call in mid sentence and another one was supposed to give me a covid test and that never happened. But i have a paper stating that i had one done. my hand went numb in blood pressure cuff and nobody came to help. And nobody called me about my alarming results. i saw my kidney result was scary and ... read more

Currently no covid screening was performed at the breast diagnostic center!! Nor were the chairs in waiting room wiped down between patients. Lack of screening is simply harmful to the public ! 12/18/29 @9:45 am

Too often people only come to complain and not enough people mention their good experiences. First let me say that I used to work at Eastside so I think that makes me even a harsher critic. Last Monday my husband ended up in the ER for a possible strangulated hernia and today he had outpatient surgery to remove said hernia. From the minute we walked in we received nothing but extraordinary care. Between Dr. Goldstein and his staff in the ER, Dr. Andrew Kramer and his staff at Eastside Medical Group, and Leah and her entire t... read more

worst emergency room i have ever been to. We left AFTER 6 hours and 23 minutes. SHUT IT DOWN. Patient threw up in front lobby a nurse threw a blanket over it and it wasn't cleaned up until my wife said to call a janitor after 35 minutes. The worst hospital i have ever been too.

So let me tell you about what happened to me today at Eastside medical center in Snellville. As you know my dad has been there in CPU for way over a week now and isn’t doing too well. Anyway, they have a strict rule about one visitor going up at a time which is fine. Today however mom was supposed to meet with me and a nurse in the waiting room so they can update her on dad’s situation because we hadn’t had any updates for several days. The communication has been very poor....Continue Reading

My entire family, my Mom & Dad, My wife & I, & our 2 children have all had need of Eastside Medical center at one time or another. We've had an assortment of operations there, occasional need of the Emergency facility, the Intensive Care Unit, and even the Maternal section! My daughter was born there 40 years ago, and we had wonderful care for my Father who suffered from Alzheimer's. He was in their ICU and then sent to their Hospice center where he was treated with the utmost respect & care until his passing. We've been tot... read more
