I’m so over Eastside Medical Center. I’ve been up here since 8 AM. Still not in a room to see if my water maybe potentially broken. This is ridiculous. It 8:50 AM and still not on a room to see if my water is broken. My leggings are wet from fluid and I don’t even know if I’m in labor or not. I’ve never experienced this type of neglect here in my life.
Never in my life will I ever ever bring anyone or recommend anyone to come to this hospital again in my life I received terrible care terrible customer service no communication and was treated rudely by staff when I questioned what was going on I ended up walking out of the facility and going to a nother hospital over 45 minutes away to get treated after a car accident
Nice nurses has pretty good food the people know what they're doing pretty good manners has alot of tv channels so I recommend here
I tried to be reasonable, especially after Angela the floor supervisor on the 4th floor came to me about my original review and wanted me to delete it and that she would work to resolve issues. At first she did, she brought in the administration to my room, we all talked, my wife participated via FaceTime as she was at work. I went to the er in April. Doctor was very rude and unprofessional. I am now being harassed and balance billed by the doctor because he chooses to work in the er of this hospital while being out of network with insurance that the hospital has a contract with. I called Eastside and was told not their problem. The er doctors are not on staff so they don't have to accept the same insurance that Eastside does. If you go to this er you better stop every provider and ask if they're in network before they come in your room. Or bett... read more
