Staff is great. They will help without hesitation
Staff is rude and unprofessional. They take forever and a day to see you and they seem like they don't care. If you want to be there all day go to Eastside. I literally walked out because they took too long for my discharge papers.
My car stayed it liked it so much. Lol It would not start when it was time to go home!
Had 5 replacement surgeries here all well done care was great
Nurse has disappeared. Had to scream for help and that still took way too long. Worst hospital ER I have ever seen .
Took my boyfriend there the nurse let him fall in the floor never picked him up and wanted send him even know he not eaten and having diaherra all over his self and they say it normal that is normal at all so they really suck at this place ���
The staff at Eastside at every level were true professionals--from Gladys in housekeeping + lab techs + night and day shift nurses (Janel, Catrina and others) + very patient ladies in finance + Grace, nurse leader for cath lab waiting area and of course Dr. Yuri Pride our fantastic cardiologist. Keep up the great work!
