I have been to this emergency room twice with my young son. Both times he received adequate care. The staff was also warm and knowledgeable. We were in and out within an hour on both occasions. Certainly a pleasurable experience given the circumstances. My husband on the other hand, who is a diabetic, has not had such luck in being treated at this same ER, which is why he will never utilize this ER again, but he'll have to write his own review. Nobody knows what's going on..doctor's don't read their notes before trying to discharge their patients..nurses are very rude and act like they don't want to do their job. Patients family telling the doctor's how to do their job. You have the CEO walking around asking how their stay is. Looks like he needs to clean house if you ask me especially on the 4th floor in the North building.

Excellent staff, I cannot say enough good things about the hospital and the entire staff. I felt like a part of their family and if I have to have additional surgery...Eastside Medical Center gets my money. From the cleanliness of the rooms and floors to the food service, just superior customer service!
