they're always thorough kind and helpful
this hospital used to be the best but Henry County should be embarrassed of this Hospital. The people that work here care more about their paychecks then the patients.It's a shame to see how far this hospital has gone downhill.

Been at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital since 2:30pm for chest pains from my car accident that was on 1/29 and never saw the doctor. When I get there, only 2 people in the waiting room. The registrar lady comes and register me around 5pm when the whole place if packed now. Everyone going before me and leaving. 🤦🏽♀️ So annoyed I left at 6:30pm.  Horribly service!

My son just left Piedmont Henry because he couldn’t pay a co payment for LIFE SUSTAINING testing for his cirrhosis! Now he will have to go downtown to get the testing done! I HATE living near a community hospital that does not take care of its people! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! His insurance carrier and JACHO will be contacted today!
