All staff members were super knowledgeable, professional and friendly, making the experience a little easier to handle. Dr. Jerabek was a calming force and I had no issues post hip operation. Will do second hip soon with him.

This is my first follow up visit after fractured my right humerus. Dr. Novak and his team made the entire process smooth and efficient with no waiting time. The treatment plan he recommended is for the best interest of the patient. Even though the clinic was very busy, we still finished the visit in a timely manner.
Dr. did not spend time to answer my questions . At one point , as I was deciding on surgery to my hand , his response was ' 6 of one 6 of the other ' when I asked what would happen if I did not do the surgery . Not a good professional opinion to base my surgery on . I was not given any explanation as to the cause of my condition . As an R.N. ..... not pleased with this consultation . I did have the surgery ....... at Mayo and was very pleased with the process.
