I received surgery from another provider out of state, and Dr. To stepped right in to help with the next steps in my recovery. He is a very friendly, helpful, and caring doctor, and is trustworthy in his care recommendations.
Doctor was informative and spoke about options that met my concerns, he was efficient and friendly too!
it seemed as if he was disinterested and did not want to help me. They took x-rays and looked at them for 3sec then sent me out the door with no solutions. the office visit cost me $150.00 for literally 15 minutes and I was with the x-ray tect for 10 of the 15 minutes. I'm still suffering from the same symptoms and have to find another doctor that will help.
Not sure how you give this doctor anything less than 5 stars! He was through, professional, and he listened!

Dr. To was running 30 minutes late. I was approximately 10 minutes late due to having to fill out up-dated paperwork. I was to be at office 10 minutes early as requested but above mentioned paperwork took longer then expected. I booked next appointment to be first patient seen.
I would never see anyone else! Dr To is most compassionate and thorough!!
Appointment was prompt and efficient. Dr. To was considerate and seemed to pay attention to my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. To does a great job explaining your choices and gives the best cortisone shots, virtually painless. You never feel rushed but he’s incredibly efficient.
