Most arrogant surgeon I’ve ever met in my life. I asked simple questions and was completely ignored. Spent no time with me, initially and appeared annoyed when I asked his assistant to have him come back in because I had more questions (that weren’t answered).
Visited Dr. To on an emergency room referral after smashing my hand in an accident. My wait time was less than 15 minutes before I was taken back to the exam room. Attitude of staff was indifferent. Dr. To visited with me for about 3 minutes. His attitude was condescending and arrogant. While I don’t mind a condescending physician, I do expect to have my questions answered. Dr. To was clearly in the room only to collect a paycheck, as he had no interest whatsoever in answering any questions.

Dr. To is an excellent orthopedic hand surgeon. I have been having pain and numbness in both my hands for years. I have seen multiple specialists and have had no significant results. Dr. To was very friendly and professional. He explained to me my diagnosis and gave me the option for for non operative or operative treatment. We ended up proceeding with surgery and I am very happy with the results! I have already recommended family and friends to see him!
Dr. To is an amazing physician. He’s smart, well educated, with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. To instilled confidence in me that he had the ability to get to the source of the sudden extreme pain in my right hand and resolve the problem. I am an artist and I was really frightened! Dr. To ordered X-rays and blood work so he could make the proper diagnosis on the first appointment. No medication is prescribed before the proper diagnosis is made!
There is no better hand surgeon with a fabulous manners and respect. I had three different hand surgeries from him. I would not choose another!!! Best personality and best hand surgeon. He should not be overlooked! Award winning! Chrissy Blairciano
The staff were friendly and professional. After reviewing symptioms diagnosis was fast and recommended treatment was performed during visit. The treatment made a huge difference. My visit was eight weeks ago, and the area of treatment is healed. Thank you Dr. To and team!
Dr. To is a wonderful orthopedic hand surgeon. Our daughter fractured her wrist while snowboarding and Dr. To surgically repaired the fracture after explaining her injury and the pro and cons of surgery. He is patient, kind and has excellent bedside manner. We would highly recommend Dr. To!
