From my first visit with Dr. Deland, I knew I was in the best care. He has extensive experience with ankle replacements and was honest and up front with me. Rosie is super-human. Always answering the phone on first ring, and scheduling the impossible appts to accommodate our travels from Buffalo. Monique is also very efficient and always helpful. Surgical team made me feel at ease as well as hospital staff managing pain promptly.
The thing that stands out in my visit is that Dr. Deland is a true expert in foot and ankle problems. I have been seeing him for 29 years when I first presented to him with severe osteomyelitis an my paralyzed neuropathic left foot and ankle. He not only saved my leg but has continued to keep me walking since those difficult early days.
He is prompt. He listens to my issues. He never rushed to exit room. After my MRI gives me choices I have. Two shoulders surgeries within 7 months. A great surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Porter.
Dr. Porter, patiently listen to you, without rushing you out, always asks the right questions, and offers options available to the patientHe always uses the best of core values I personally would no go to any other orthopedic Dr. but
Dr Freed is very is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my problem. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I really wish dr. Champion’s office would continue to do telahealth or video visits instead of making patients come in to the clinic to be seen . I was told only nurse practitioner would telahealth and Doctor Champoin will not be doing telahealth appointments which makes it difficult for patients. Please update your system to do telahealth appointments for next year.
I have been a patient of Dr Hartzler for 8 years. He answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. You can always trust his advise. Despite the fact I'm there for a medical problem always an enjoyable visit. I'd also like to add the whole office staff is excellent!!
