Dr. To, knowledgeable and did an excellent nod with my break
Guy is arrogant and he wanted to get out of the room as soon as possible. Extremely quick, not efficient quick, just quick. Would not recommend.
He was promptly on time and to the point explaining my problem and what to expect for surgery recovery.
Blah. No explanations of options. Discounted my pain; compared it to others who are much worse. Gave me a shot (did not explain what it was or why it was given) and said I could see him in a year. Really?
I have been to Dr. To twice now and I found him to be very pleasant and engaging. He listened to my complaint and was very helpful in relieving my symptoms and pain. I will go back to him as needed as I found him to be a very personable and open Doctor. 5 Stars from me.
I would give a zero if I could. I fell and fractured my elbow. See To he tells me to wear sling, use arm stop if hurts, wear sling in public. After 3 days of 11 pain raising my arm. Go back, short, flailing arms at me say you tell me. I can cast you, get MRI what do you want? I said MRI something is not right. Never went back got a competent Dr. now. Needed surgery or very least immobilized for 6 weeks. Dr. To's man pride is strong and he does Not Listen. GO somewhere else. He is the worst!
I am a seasoned RN of 34 years in critical care. Dr. To's office staff is professional. Appointment times are within 15 minutes of scheduled time. He provides detailed information for you and discusses options in plan of care. Proficient and detail oriented.
I would highly recommend Dr To. He courteously and efficiently corrected my elbow problem. He is an expert in his field. Made me feel quite relaxed and very informed about my problem.
I am reading through these negative reviews and have no idea what these other people are talking about. Dr.To is easily the most friendly and professional mannered surgeon I have met. His staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I broke my wrist and have had seen other surgeons trying to sell me on surgery. Dr. To gave me the option of surgery or casting. I felt comfortable with him and decided on surgery. My wrist is fixed, I am pain free and can use it again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A+++
