He is a great listener and very informative. I have not had a better doctor.
DR TO has been my doctor for more than 5 yrs. He is kind, listens to my questions and his knowledge of the hand and wrist is up to date.
Everyone was polite and courteous. They saw me very close to my appointment time and explained everything they were doing and why.
Completely happy with visit with Dr. To and his PA. Explains everything and made me feel very confident.
Dr. To spent time explaining my options and answering my questions. he offered surgery and gave me time to talk with my husband before making the decision. i feel confident now about my decision for surgery!!
I could not have had a better experience. Dr. To clearly explained the situation with my injured finger, answered all questions, provided clear instructions for me to follow, and was personable to boot!
All the staff was very friendly. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. To. My drive is a 45 minute drive to see Dr. To. I don’t mind making that drive anytime.
I highly recommend Dr To for his expertise, kindness and professionalism.
Everything went smoothly rom check in to post op. Didn't require anesthesia which was awesome. Dr. To was great during the surgery and kept me informed of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable.
