Dr. To and his PA are just excellent. From minor surgery on my left hand to the "trigger finger" on my right hand. But I need to mention Cindy who helped me recover the surgery on my left hand. Top notch! Our visitation was enjoyable.
Dr. To was very quick to recognize and diagnose my issue. He presented me with options that fit with my expectations. Great experience.
