As always Dr To is extremely professional. He actually does a hands on assessment. Explains what he diagnoses the problem to be. Gives you treatment or a plan of care. He is so down to earth, positive and upbeat. Dr To is the BEST!!!

It was excellent. His assistant was very informative and knowledgeable about my condition and explained all the options before me. The Doctor further explained every options available to me. The shots were a complete joy...Not...but just fine.
Dr. To is an extremely skillful surgeon and he has a compassionate and calming "bedside manner". He takes the time to inform the patient of details of what will happen and results. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
Very nice visit with Dr To...He showed and explained my X-rays to me...very knowledgeable!...my elbows are very sore and ache...he told me it's due to my broken elbows healing...hopefully the therapy he ordered will start to help... Thank you.
