From consult to 6 weeks post-surgery, the care from Dr. Hartzler and his team, esp. PA Kristen Bilstad, has been a superb patient experience. Clear and caring communication, regular patient education, smooth coordination with insurance, the surgicenter and post-op team, and a surgery that has me walking 5 and more miles a day at 6 weeks post-op, I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. I was ready for help and was fortunate to find the right surgeon to help me. Thank you, Dr. Hartzler and Kristen. Grateful.
