Front office and back office very friendly, welcoming and competent. It was very easy to get a timely appointment and I did not have to wait to be seen by the doctor. Dr. To was very clear in communicating the treatment and care for my injured fingers and I will see him again in a week for follow up. Very happy and comfortable with his direct, to the point, manner.
Good bedside manner and explains everything in simple terms.
All staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Everything was done efficiently and on schedule.

It was an efficient visit and the front desk team was organized and informed. Dr. To was very clinical and no chit-chat for a new patient at all. Just wanted yes/no answers- actually criticized me when I tried to offer more than yes/no- and nothing else. He appeared to know his stuff but it's hard to tell at this point when he wants more tests done. For a first-time visit, it appears he has little interest in getting to know his patients.
