First, everyone on your staff that I interact with is always helpful and pleasant. Thank you for that. Dr. To is a kind and caring physician. He has done three hand surgeries for me as well as half a dozen shots by now. I have no doubts about my care at OrthoArizona and Dr. TG.
I had the privilege of seeing Dr To for a workers comp injury, he was excellent!! He knew instantly what I needed to have done, booked surgery, had surgery and continuing after care all were seamless!!! His assistant was also excellent, she made sure all forms for workers comp and short term disability were punctual! I couldn't have been happier with my experience….Thank you to all of Dr To’ s team!!

Everyone I had contact with was cordial, professional, and efficient. I was a first time patient with a previously diagnosed fracture which occurred in California several weeks prior. Dr. To was very thorough and comprehensive in his explanation of his diagnosis, evaluation, and recommended treatment plan. His manner is very kind and assuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. To to my family and friends.

I've been to other hand specialist in Scottsdale. Dr. To is by far exceptional in every aspect of his practice. Dr. To is definitely recommended to all who may need his service. The staff is to be commended as well for their work ethics and personalities.
He was hour and half late- told me there were other more important people- did not give me any answers- accused me of taking narcotics-

Front office and back office very friendly, welcoming and competent. It was very easy to get a timely appointment and I did not have to wait to be seen by the doctor. Dr. To was very clear in communicating the treatment and care for my injured fingers and I will see him again in a week for follow up. Very happy and comfortable with his direct, to the point, manner.
