I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. Istriveevery day to be a better listener and physician. Also, I treat everyone based on the principle "to do no harm". I think of my patients as a family members andtreat them asI would want my loved ones treated. Moreover, Ibelievethe patient should bea keyplayer in deciding the treatment plan. Medicine is a team effort that needs clear communication. Most importantly, I will always be available for my patients... read more

Waited maybe 20 minutes, he was quick and knew what the issue was . Had an xray, and was given a shot. OSU taught him well.
Explained my injury very well. I did not require surgery so my review is based on being seen for a wrist sprain and ligament tears.
Dr. To is very caring to his patient.
I AM A RETIRED PHYSICIAN , DR. TO WAS PROFESSIOAL, AFFABLE, AND ABOVE ALL SMART. HE WENT OVER MY X RAYS WITH ME, DISCUSSED MY TREATMENT OPTIONS WITH NO PRESSURE AND BASICALLY DEMONSTRATED SOUND JUDGEMENT. I WOULD TRUST HIM TO DO SURGERY IF NESCESSARY.
Dr. To is a very impressive. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The only negative issue if the length of time from waiting room to actual examination. I was finally brought back to the examination room 40 minutes after my appointment time. I then waited another 15 minutes until Dr. To came in.
I just love Dr. To. He spends time with you and explains everything he’s going to do or has done. He has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him.
Dr. To was amazing. He takes his time and explains everything. I will highly recommend him.
7 week follow up after surgery on my finger. He performed a very difficult procedure successfully. Xrays and physical exam performed today revealing good progress. Expectations are for me to have a fully functional and pain free baby finger soon. But in the mean time, therapy must continue.
He spent ample time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. I appreciate his conservative approach to hopefully avoid surgery.
