Dr. To is a very impressive. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The only negative issue if the length of time from waiting room to actual examination. I was finally brought back to the examination room 40 minutes after my appointment time. I then waited another 15 minutes until Dr. To came in.

7 week follow up after surgery on my finger. He performed a very difficult procedure successfully. Xrays and physical exam performed today revealing good progress. Expectations are for me to have a fully functional and pain free baby finger soon. But in the mean time, therapy must continue.

He spent ample time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. I appreciate his conservative approach to hopefully avoid surgery.
