My first office visit went very well.Dr. Panzarella was attentive to my issues, listened to my concerns, and communicated in clear English his analysis. I will definitely return and my spouse plans to become a patient as well.Highly recommend
After my local orthopedic Dr told me he was “Luke warm” to perform arthroscopic surgery because of the severity of my injuries he recommended a reverse shoulder replacement and suggested I get a second opinion. I’m very happy he did. I went to HSS and scheduled an appointment with Dr Wanich. Dr Wanich spent a long time reviewing my mri with considerable amount of time discussing options. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Dr Hilal’s office personnel was prompt professional and personable. I arrived 30 mins prior to my appointment and was taken right on time. I was explained exactly what was to occur and offered to ask any questions. Once I got into the surgical room the atmosphere was light and non threatening. Dr Hilal and I shared a few laughs and before you knew it was over! I had no complications and will gladly see him and his staff again in 5 years! Kudos to Dr Hilal’s bed side manner!!
