I have asked repeatedly for an email or a call the night/day before I am charged for my pets' policies and I am still waking up to random charges on my credit card. Its not too much to ask!!! Give me a heads up before you charge my credit card $450! For years I've been asking for this simple service. Unbelievable.
Not use loopholes to screw people. Just like every other insurance co. they find ways not to pay. Its horrible
RecommendedI've had my insurance for a couple years now. read your policy and know nothing that happened before will be covered. my pet has severe allergies since he was a puppy and nothing of that will be covered but they covered his tplo surgery and saved me thousands. thank you.
All they care about is making money. Don’t give these people your cash thinking it will protect your pet. They will weasel their way out of having to give you anything.

First claim was a wellness claim paid in 2 days. Giving you a false sense of happiness. I submit an accident claim with receipt and detailed testing procedures with what was tested and how X-ray was read and what outcome was. Pets Best is now sitting on the claim stating that they need 12 months of medicL records. My puppy is 12 weeks old, there is no history, 1 set of vaccines while in my care. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY LOOKING TO SCAM ITS OWN CUSTOMER.
Horrible experience. Bad enough when you have a pet going through something but this company makes it even a worse.
We purchased Pets Best insurance for our puppy with an effective date of 1/1/2019. On 2/5 we took him to the vet because he was having skin issues. This was the first time he was seen for this issue. I submitted the claim to Pets Best for reimbursement. It was denied a few days later because his condition was “pre-existing” prior to the effective date of the policy.
