As of late PETS BEST has been trying to do everything possible NOT to pay claims. BUYER BEWARE!
Recommended5 Stars! I’ve had several issues with my cat and PetsBest has been amazing. Their customer service and quick payment have helped ease the burden of dealing with a sick kitty. I highly recommend them to everyone that I know who has a pet. The are truly the best pet insurance I’ve had.
We’ve had Pets Best for about 6 months for our puppy. We love their vet help line for questions and guidance. And they are true to their word as far as coverage. It took about 2-3 weeks to process our recent claim, which is frustrating, but they did send a email to explain why so we weren’t left in the dark. What an unbelievably misleading name for this insurance. When we adopted our dog, it was recommended we get insurance on her. Therefore in the event on an emergency, we had the peace of mind that cost would not be an object in providing the best quality of life for our pet. We chose this insurance, over countless other pet insurance. We’ve had our dogs for 2 1/2 years and they’ve both been sick multiple times! Pets best has always been fast and easy to deal with! I couldn’t recommend them more, they have saved us a ton of money!
Waste of money! Buyer beware! All is well when your pet isn’t sick. But as soon as they get sick this company does everything they can to not help you with paying the bill. They demand records which we couldn’t produce since our dog is a rescue. Waste of money! Never again!
Every new bit of information you provide about your pets health is another 5 days you have to wait. My dog may have cancer and I can't afford to pay for the CT scan to confirm it from out of my pocket. That's what insurance is supposed to be for.
😪 I don't believe they can improve.
I took my dog to the vet for a possible UTI. When I submitted the paperwork they took 30 days to deny it because they said they didn’t receive enough info. We submitted every single document from her birth and even contacted our vet and they sent us her purged file to submit but yet again 🤷🏾♂️ not enough info. I’m giving one more try with the same information cause i cant get any more info but then I’ll switch
