RecommendedHave covered claims with no issues, friendly customer service reps. I like the ease of using an app to submit claims and such. However, they advertise quick reimbursement, but none of three claims I’ve filed so far have been resolved in less than a week, one took almost two weeks, and the last two hit two weeks as of today. terrible support. terrible service
Really disappointed. I’ve been with Pets Best since 2016, they’re doubling the premium for coverage. Which I was afraid would happen after the company that owns Care Credit bought them. Just another grossly greedy company now. From $45 to over $90 a month. There are several other companies out there with comparable coverage for a $20 or so less a month. Just another thing that needs to be regulated.
Please do not go with this insurance. They have horrible customer service. They have ignored our calls and emails for months and have not helped us with one cent. Please do not give them your business they do not care about your pet they care about making the next dollar.
My daughter has been fighting to get them to pay after their dog had surgery for a cancerous tumor. They said it was pre-existing, but vet denied this. Still they refuse to pay. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I definitely would not recommend. Submitted claim on 7/24, followed up several times and was told waiting on info from vet, then 2 days prior get a vague email requesting info from me. What information? How about put that in the email. Overall experience HORRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and chose another pet insurance.
extremely slow claim processing. not helpful just looking for a reason not to pay on claims. will be canceling both of my policies and looking elsewhere
Truly evaluate claims. My dog was seen for a skin wound/sore. Vet said "a form of skin cancer" Pet's Best denied claim after arguing with me that it was a routine visit because that was what was checked. I never read in your policy that I needed to provide the full doctors note or would have asked for it. Your claims people were just rude and acted as if I was unintelligent and could not know what I was talking about. Terrible customer service. I purchased insurance in February , in August I had to take the dog to the doctor and this insurance company is not processing a claim . This insurance company is a scam. Please be aware!!!
