Very disappointed in this coverage. I've been paying the monthly premium of $84, which was fine, at first. Just submitted a claim for $250+ and only $35 of it was paid, informing me that I've met mt payable limit. I'll keep my money in a savings account for Myra. UGH...

I don’t usually shill for companies, but I had a great experience and wanted to share. About a month ago, our doggo Jack (18 months old) got sick. He was shivering, not eating, not drinking, not pooping, occasionally vomiting, and just acting sluggish. It was scary and we didn’t know if he ate something bad or if he had some other illness. We have been with Pets Best since January 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They pay directly to your checking account and have a great customer service team. Highly Recommended!!!
Conveniently labeled my pet’s condition preexisting even though diagnosis has changed. Only covered $45 of a $770 bill after deductible has been met several times over.
