Such a scam. Had them four years and they denied our accidental claim. Awful customer service. Would highly not recommend!

Denied my relevant claim after my pet was poisoned. I will be filing a claim with my state insurance board as well as the better business bureau. This is a shady business avoid at all costs.
God forbid your pet get sick before their 18 month waiting period or it WILL be a pre existing condition. Have spent almost $600 in premiums to have everything denied EXCEPT $15 rabies shot, and just recently her heartworm test, heartworm pills and flea/tick pills. so in return I have received $120 in benefits. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Will be canceling asap.
RecommendedBeen with them for several years. Ease of submitting claims and friendly associates are the reasons why I stay :)

I had the full wellness and accident plan. My claim for allergies was not approved despite my dog not showing any symptoms prior to the commencement of the policy. It's cheaper to pay all her expenses and medication out of pocket. Save your money. Especially if your pdog starts to need Apoquel. From all the other reviews I'm reading, they're unlikely to pay for surgeries, etc also.
