When we took my father to ER on May 6th thinking it was Something minor, we had no idea how sick he would get as the weeks Passed till June 25th when he passed away. We wanted to Thank everyone in ER who were so kind and the nurses on ICU Miss Falcon, Bess, Usha, Marissa and Miss Carryl.. Mss Noemie who helped with moving my father to RiverHills Dr. Franquiz, Dr.Khon, and Dr. Montemayor Everyone made those weeks bearable for us. no matter how many Questions we had they were always kind. even now So many have and are helping ... read more

I have been overwhelmed by the care my sister has received. I knew this facility was good due to the treatment of other family members, but the past 10 days have been quite the journey--and every person we have encountered has been outstanding. Kerrville, you should know that you are blessed.

Rick received excellent care today while they figured out his problem! So thankful it wasn't Cardiac--probably Gastric--follow up to come with primary care physician!

So I come in with pains at 32 weeks pregnant receptionist was rude and so were the nurses telling me why am I even there!! I'm high risk and was having contractions they looked very lost and they were the worse ever!! They said I shouldn't be having contractions this early well duh I wouldn't have came in and that's why I was in so much pain! They were laughing at me and being ugly.

The staff were all very friendly. But it took 7 hours for a stress test which could have been done in an hour. Ridiculously poor management of time!!
