When we took my father to ER on May 6th thinking it was Something minor, we had no idea how sick he would get as the weeks Passed till June 25th when he passed away. We wanted to Thank everyone in ER who were so kind and the nurses on ICU Miss Falcon, Bess, Usha, Marissa and Miss Carryl.. Mss Noemie who helped with moving my father to RiverHills Dr. Franquiz, Dr.Khon, and Dr. Montemayor Everyone made those weeks bearable for us. no matter how many Questions we had they were always kind. even now So many have and are helping ... read more

From the greeter at the main entrance, to the cashier, to the receptionist in x-ray imaging, to the folks that performed the nuclear stress test, it was a display of excellent customer service. I noticed every employee without fail introduced themselves and engaged in conversation with all of the patients. Just a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Nurses on 2nd floor are great. Brian (nurse) in ER is the best. Plus they have a younger blonde woman in ER, at night. She does the sticking and blood work. She started in house keeping. They sent her to school some. She is awesome when it comes to sticking folks. One stick no digging to get blood. Sorry didn't get a name.

I came in at 11, got take to a room at 1. Here it is 3 am in the morning never seen a nurse doctor or nothing! Is it because I'm a veteran and you have to wait for the va to pay you? I mean regardless you make money! Every single time me or my husband (both Veterans) come into this damn place it takes hours to be seen regardless of what the issue is! Great hospital, great Dr's, nurses are the BEST.
Having had far too many medical visits in these past 9 months with my elderly parents between Alabama and Texas. I can say Peterson Hospital excels in care both emotional and medical. The confidence I know from their personnel by their knowledge and shown care surpassed or is equal to all my past 9 months experience. i have 100% faith and trust in Peterson. Both my parents have had stays in the past three weeks, enough to rattle anyone. Peterson gave me all reasons to be calm and trust in their care of my parents.

Every Hospital I Have Been To Has Their Weak And Strong Points But This Was By Far The Worst Experience For My 93 Year Old Grandmother! I Have Never Seen So Much Lack Of Respect For Human Life When It Came To Her Care!
