We have lived in Kerrville for 21 years and in that time we have never had a bad experience at Peterson Regional Medical Center. My father, who moved here with us in 1994 and lived to be 96, was a frequent patient at the old hospital. Now my husband and I have had hospital and emergency room experiences. Yes, we have had to wait in the emergency room, but i expect that. At least they are not waiting in the lobby as we used to have to do in the Rio Grande Valley. Fast professional services , staff was very good at there jobs. Dr gave you the best possible care.
Delivered two babies here and had the best experiences with the staff, facility and meals were amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else
Quick getting you in ER, Dr all Ready in All hooked up.
The ER is horrible. Actually like they don't really care and hardly ever check on you. Have to explain yourself 400 times it feels like. Some time they are wrong with the misdiagnosis. Rude people.
Negligent staff
Staff Employees. Are so Awesome..friendly caring. And respectful..i was there recently. And. My Brother was will taken care of...The Doctors took every step to care for my brother..Nursing Staff. Very impressed with the ER staff! My husband and I were 6 hours away from home at our land outside of Rocksprings and for the first time in 17 years we needed to get to the nearest Hospital. We were not disappointed and Thanks to my Nurse Jack ~from one RN to another you Rock!
I have been here 4 days. From ER to ICU to room. I cannot express in words the wonderful care I have received. Every single person who has had a hand or word for my benefit. I thank you. For every kind word, I thank you. Everyone has been so nice and I do mean everyone. Thank you. I'm not out yet and it might be awhile but I know I'm in the best place I can be. I feel cared for. I feel blessed to be here to get the best care. God Bless
