Doctors act like they don't know why recovering addicts and alcoholics aren't completely honest with them about the nature of their disease, yet once we are they treat us completely different. And I don't just mean no pain meds. It's been my experience that they talk down to us and about us. Went in for total knee replacement and discharged two days later and started pt the next day. Wow! Love it!
I was in the ER on September 5, 2016 for a dislocated knee. I received wonderful care from the awesome doctor and the nurses. They were patient with me and extremely caring. I'm thankful for the awesome care I got at Peterson Emergency Room.
People can more friendlier! Doctors better at their jobs and care about people!!
I have been in I C U SINCE FRIDAY AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE AND NURSING IS THE BEST
I'm here right now and am being taken care of so well! I came in through the ER, and was immediately placed in a room. They were quick on lab and other diagnostic testing and listened when I said I was hurting. They figured out my problem quickly and sent me straight to the OR. Huge shoutout to the ER nursing staff of RN Breanne and Dr Harper! Also to Ellen in OR. Such amazing nurses here ❤️

This hospital is horrible!! My wife took my daughter here because the urgent care told her to take her there because her oxygen level was low l! They did nothing didn't put her on oxygen did nothing sent her home! The next day we came to children's Methodist in San Antonio they had to put her on oxygen they are giving her breathing treatments we found out she has asthma and a viral infection she has been here for 2 days now and is not going home anytime soon!
