When we took my father to ER on May 6th thinking it was Something minor, we had no idea how sick he would get as the weeks Passed till June 25th when he passed away. We wanted to Thank everyone in ER who were so kind and the nurses on ICU Miss Falcon, Bess, Usha, Marissa and Miss Carryl.. Mss Noemie who helped with moving my father to RiverHills Dr. Franquiz, Dr.Khon, and Dr. Montemayor Everyone made those weeks bearable for us. no matter how many Questions we had they were always kind. even now So many have and are helping ... read more

Alittled frustrated there were two serious patients being sent by helicopter and many police trying to Calm a situation in ER - which made me have to wait longer than usual. I was vomiting and in significant pain - when I finally made it back the doctor saw me pretty quickly and ordered meds For severe dehydration and pain which the took about 1.5 hours to receive - the ER ran out of the pain med and had to wait for pharmacy to bring some. Wasn’t the best of time at this point it was shift change.

This hospital kindly, compassionately and professionally took my brother in knowing that he had nothing to pay or insurance to file and gave him exemplary care! The nurses, cna’s, doctors and the human resource departments were amazing. I still choke up because this hospital helped my brother who was in desperate need and met his needs. Peterson served my brother and made an all time ally and advocate in me. God bless this hospital and the beautiful people who are inside. I went to ER on 1/20/18 and was told by 3 nurses and the doctor I should not be there. They did absolutely nothing for me. Went to my doctor 2 days later and had bacterial infection and walking pneumonia. I will not go back there.
My mother Jessie Cox passed away today after being on Peterson Hospice for a year and having to best quality of life that she's had in years. I just wanted to thank Dr James Young for being so incredible and treating not only my mother, but treating and supporting my whole family. The care that the whole team at hospice is the most caring and compassionate group I've ever experienced. I would also like to thank the doctors and nurses in the emergency room at peterson.
