When we took my father to ER on May 6th thinking it was Something minor, we had no idea how sick he would get as the weeks Passed till June 25th when he passed away. We wanted to Thank everyone in ER who were so kind and the nurses on ICU Miss Falcon, Bess, Usha, Marissa and Miss Carryl.. Mss Noemie who helped with moving my father to RiverHills Dr. Franquiz, Dr.Khon, and Dr. Montemayor Everyone made those weeks bearable for us. no matter how many Questions we had they were always kind. even now So many have and are helping ... read more

The staff was awesome during my stay. The ER doctor and staff was so caring. The nurse Liz or Liza was her name that took care of me Sunday night when I was admitted October 6th was simply amazing. Always helping alway attentive always a step ahead. I had a GI tube and I projectile vomited 3-4 times even with it in and she was so loving gentle and reassuring that I would be fine. Absolutely wonderful care today. In and out less than hour. Wonderful care with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in training. The attending was hands down super! Thank you so much for your medical attention. I’ll recommend you to anyone.
Their poor service and plan of care. Their internal systems are terrible. The left hand doesn’t know what the right has done or is doing! All they’re interested in is how deep they can reach into your or your insurance pocket!
