When we took my father to ER on May 6th thinking it was Something minor, we had no idea how sick he would get as the weeks Passed till June 25th when he passed away. We wanted to Thank everyone in ER who were so kind and the nurses on ICU Miss Falcon, Bess, Usha, Marissa and Miss Carryl.. Mss Noemie who helped with moving my father to RiverHills Dr. Franquiz, Dr.Khon, and Dr. Montemayor Everyone made those weeks bearable for us. no matter how many Questions we had they were always kind. even now So many have and are helping ... read more

Yesterday was our first experience with an emergency room visit due to serious injury of my 10 year old daughter.I was very impressed by the knowledge, attentiveness and kindness of the staff. Top-notch bedside manners and just caring! She ended up needing to see a certain specialist and the staff arranged everything so that when we arrived at University they were expecting us and had everything in motion. Such a pleasant experience at Peterson! Thank you for going above and beyond!

fix your billing department. no one knows what is going on there and im being told a thousand different things
I had a total knee replacement on January 8th and went to post op on the 2nd floor. The exceptional people caring for me there made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was almost sorry to have to leave. On January 10th, I was fortunate to be able to be transferred to the 3rd floor Acute Rehab Unit. I was immediately surrounded with the best rehab staff imaginable. After six days, I am at home, in less pain that I had prior to the replacement and taking care of myself. Thank you all You're the best!
We have had timely and professional care whenever we have been to PRMC. I read the complaints and wonder about the “character” of those who voice complaints, if they even take into consideration their surroundings and what is actually happening around them. We would not even consider driving to another town unless PRMC recommended it! The level of care has been above and beyond in our opinion.

Went in with abdominal spasms. Spent six hours there. Sent home with the spasms still ongoing and in excruciating pain. Doctor came in for maybe 30 seconds. Did not do anything beyond the absolute bare minimum necessary to Bill my insurance. I would rather drag myself to a back alley sawbones and sprinkle chicken blood in a voodoo ceremony than go to them for healing. The nurses do their job but you can’t fix this level of failure.
