Unprofessional, they put non emergency people before people who are literally having an emergency. They tell you your not sick nothing is wrong with you even though your running a 103 temp, then you go to another hospital and there is something wrong with you hill country memorial they actually take the time to figure out what’s wrong with you, Peterson health does not. Hill country memorial is better they care and they make sure they get there people in the back ASAP.
RecommendedI just had a baby here after having my last 2 in Fredericksburg and I was not disappointed. Dr Wilfong, CRNA Allen Benfield and Midwife Samantha Pierce are amazing people along with the nurses. I was really scared to have surgery and my whole OR team was very comforting and understanding. The nurses made my hospital stay and recovery so comfortable.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that Peterson refuses to do 3rd party billing at their urgent care, doctor offices, and imaging. Yes the ER does 3rd party billing, but without even checking out my injuries- they sent me on my way. 4 months from my accident and hardly able to get out of bed, I am expected to drive to San Antonio to get medical care. Thanks for allowing me to suffer when I could be a lot further along in my recovery if I would have received adequate medical care the first time I went to the ER.
