the facility is organized, clean and professional. My follow-up appointments and care were immediate, and set up even before my day of surgery. Doctor P himself called me at home the same day to see how I was doing and go over any questions I might have. No problems that I can think of and I was satisfied in everything that I had done. And my insurance paid for the follow-up visits. A pleasant surprise.
From the very begining Dr. Polack and his entire staff were very attentive to all my needs. They took their time, explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with what was going to be done. After my surgery Dr. Polack called to make sure everything was ok. Each follow up visit was a positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Polack and his entire staff!

Dr. Polack and his staff were very friendly and professional from the very start. They explained everything clearly in terms I could understand. They left the choice up to me as to when and what degree of surgery I wanted to have. The surgeries went smoothly, the follow ups went well. A few yrs ago I had ptergium surgery and he came in on his day off to check on me, Dont find caring Dr's like that. I recently had cataract surgery and there was no pain and no problem & best of all 20/20 results So glad when we moved here our neighbor recommended Dr Polack to us. Your definitely in good hands.
