Going into this surgery I was terrified and Dr Polack and his caring team put me at ease with their calm, professional, explanation of the process. They walked me through the experience step by step with a kindness and concern. They listened and answered any questions. Dr. Polack even called me at home to check in after surgery. Ocala Eye was extremely organized and efficient with regard to appointment scheduling, testing and follow up during multiple office visits prior to and following cataract surgery.
