grooming is amazing! they misplaced my collar and leash and they were all so apologetic and let me pick out a new collar and leash in place, always makes my baby look amazing! would highly recommend!
The employees (at least the one we dealt with) were incredibly rude. We arrived at 6:55 p.m. on my nephew's 4th birthday. He just wanted to look at the pets before bed. When we walked up to the door, the employee, whom I would assume had to be new based on his customer service, or lack there of, gestured to us and the 2 other families standing at the door with his hands that we could not come in. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Always friendly and Paula in grooming is the absolute best.
The sales associates and trainer on duty could not have been more helpful. This is the first dog we have owned and we had nothing. They made sure we only got what was needed. Helped fit our new dog with a collar, gave free training advice(and demonstrated), helped select the right food, right treats, and searched the coupon book for all the applicable coupons and told us about their online price match which we used for the kennel.
