Petco is a place for supplies and NOT grooming. I took my Pomeranian to get basic grooming.... I should have known that it may not have been the best place to leave her since the person who was grooming another dog was yelling at it to "shut up!" over and over again.I had explained when I first dropped her off that she was new at grooming (she was 6 months old) so she may be uneasy and they assured me that all pets are like that until they get use to the process and they would take care of her. I don’t typically leave reviews, but the grooming services here have significantly decreased. Any time we walk in lately, we are not greeted or are rudely turned away because they are “too busy”. The last time, three ladies were just standing there and still wouldn’t service us. We just want a nail trim folks. This takes 5 mins total and you offer walk ins according to your website. Do better grooming. Part of my dog wasn’t cut
Beverly at the Milwaukee store groomed my labradoodle & I can’t recommend her highly enough. My dog had a few razor burn on him two years ago. But Beverly left him so smooth I am simply amazed. She obviously took her time. I will definitely go to see her again.
Petco is awful, they keep animals in terrible conditions and have me regards for their health, or happiness. It can be tempting to get animals from them either as an impulse but, or to try and rescue them, but the best thing to do is not support them.
I booked an appointment eight days ago on the website for a bath and haircut. I show up at my appointment time and am told they will not have time to do a haircut on him today even though I have a haircut appointment. Will never go back for a service or purchase a product. Terrible customer service.
Don’t let people order items for same day delivery that you don’t have in stock. Online ordering that doesn’t have “real time” information regarding what is actually available is completely useless. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I'll start by saying that our local Market Basket grocery store carries the Iams Perfect Portions 12-Packs for $9.99 as a regular price. Unfortunately, they ran out when we were nearly out of it at home, and they were also out of it at another nearby reputable pet store, so we opted to place an order for it via the Petco website, even though it was going to cost us an extra $2 per 12-pack (we ordered four).
