The description of a medium “live rock” was classified as 3 to 4 lbs on the sign and priced at $19.99. The representative told my son which ones were considered medium. My son picked out a rock. We got home and it only weighed 1.15lbs! I called the store, and they explained you are buying the chunk of rock not by the lb. I explained that this is very misleading to the customers due to the description on the sign. Cut my dogs nails short enough that one bled, then she asked for a tip. Absolutely laughable. How about I pull that nose ring out and pretty the clerk up just a bit. Would you give me a tip? It might bleed just a little.

The staff is always Friendly and Hendrix and I are greeted each and every time we enter the store! They always have a good variety and plenty in stock of the Blue Wilderness products which are what I give my pet. Great prices... always lower than PetSmart and even discounts on some wet products that Hendrix enjoys. Hendrix runs in the store and never wants to leave! Thanks for the great customer service and clean atmosphere! This is my go-to store for my pet products!
Awful � they called me back to put up my Paris in 10 minutes to say they couldn't handle her an , she was botched
I absolutely had the best experience thanks to Brandi the manager. We just got a new dog and he got sick inside the store. She helped us cleaned it up and clean him up like it was no big deal. She helped get us a coupon book with a free bag of food to help with him. She was absolutely the best ever and I could not thank her enough for what she did with us and our dog that got sick. She is absolutely the best thank you Brandi!!
