We drop our loveable dog off at 12:45 he was to be done in four hours. We picked home up 6 hours later. He only got a bath. They were unable to do their full job. They did other dogs that came in later before him. For a place that is built on serveimg pets they did a poor job. To leave a animal in a cage for 6 plus hours is wrong. They never seem to have anyone on the floor to help you. I waited almost thirty minutes to get a feeder rat today and I was one of three customers waiting.
Not a good fish selection anymore, and the Feb sale, on the few fish they have,that was advertised didnt even happen! very disappointed!
