I try not to complain about anything, but this service was deplorable!!!! I have no idea how this grooming center is able to stay open! My poor little girl had a few bald spots, where she had been nicked to her skin. Her legs were all different lengths. I have been purchasing products for my cats online because they usually deliver in a couple days. The last time I ordered it took about 4 days, which was a little annoying, but not really a big deal. I put in an order this week and the product still hasn't even been taken to the shipping facility. The delivery date is over a week from when I had order... :( Guess I'll be going back to buying my stuff from Chewy.
My wife took our dog to get groomed after doing it myself during the pandemic. I had a difficult time trimming her legs since she’s a teacup poodle. We consistently groom, wash and brush her. The groomer said she was matted and she would have to cut her short. I had cut her short the last cut using a 3” guide and she wasn’t matted at all. Her hair is really fine and easy to brush. You could definitely improve by not killing dogs. You murdered mine and you have murdered others. You offered nothing for killing my dog. I paid for a necropsy and you did not reimburse me nor did you offer any sort of consideration for the murder of my dog. You killed him in a cage dryer and waited until his body cooled before calling me. You are scum and the lowest form of life. My dog has been groomed by Emily for two years. He was dropped off today for a 3:15 appointment and we were told it could be up to 5 hours. I called around 6:00 to check on his status. They told me he would be ready around 8. I arrived at 7:55 to see Emily, the groomer, vaping in front of the store. I assumed my dog was ready since she was outside. I hurried inside only to be told by the rude lady at the grooming desk he wasn’t done and she had another dog before mine. At this time Emily walked in and told me he wasn’t done.... read more
