We recently moved to this side of town so I was looking for a great vet that was a bit closer to our house. We brought our stomatitis kitty in for a consultation to have the remainder of his teeth extracted. The vet was full of knowledge and compassion for our little guy. He even brought our cat in the back to have the other vets look in his mouth and confer on his prognosis since he is a difficult case. I was so impressed by this. My husband and I have been going to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital since 1984. We take the thruway to get there! As long as we are in driving distance, we will only go here!
Absolutely loved it here, Dr. Russell is so thorough and patient. All of the staff was professional and nice. The waiting area and exam rooms were both so clean. After going here I cannot imagine bringing my animals anywhere else
Great care and knowledge. They put both me and my dog at ease. The Vet took time to explain his condition and options. Excellent Animal Hospital. I'm glad I made the change. I'm not downing other practices, I just know my dog is in good hands with Liverpool Village Animal Hospital.
Dr. P took care of Gracie n she had a huge stye covering her eye on one side and small one. He drained both and all good now! Can hardly see them! She had shots in muscle n hurt her a few days and hard to walk. Doing better. She cried all night n sad! Did not expect that from shots. But is common was told!! She's an old girl, 10. Thank you all for helping our girl!!!!!
I'm Luke's human. Luke is 17yrs young and can be a bit of an imp from time to time. He ran away in 2008 and eventually came home (4 weeks later), but being outside all that time he developed some "sensitive conditions" , which need attention. He wants to thank all the staff at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital, for taking care of him for the last 9 yrs. Me and my kitty love here so much, the staff and doctors are extremely nice and professional!
Dr. Jordan was great with my rabbits who are a little difficult to handle and went out of her way to make sure they didn't get too stressed. She and one of the vet techs did a great job with them and I am so glad to have found a vet that does exotics that I like and can trust.
