I've had nothing but great experiences at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital! The staff is great! One of my pups gets extremely nervous as soon as she realizes we're at the vet, and multiple staff members come right out with treats and essential oil sprayed on a cloth to tie on her collar. It's great to see them care so much about the animals! Dr. Holtze has seen my 2 lab-mix pups since we first adopted them about 2-1/2 years ago. We always get right in, even if we're late. We've been going there for years and usually see the same doctors, Lynn and Wojcik. Dr. W. is the owner. Both have always been great, and compassionate. We have only brought in cats, but would imagine they'd be awesome with dogs as well.
My cat had his first visit last week. I was very pleased with how he was taken care of. He tends to get nervous on the ride to the vet and usually wets his carrier but this time he did it all, #1 and #2. What a mess. They cleaned the carrier and him up and when the vet came in with him, he was wrapped in a large towel and if he could grin, he had a big one on his face.
They always respond quickly to questions and emergency visits - love all the staff and Doctors!
I've been very satisfied with the care my dogs have gotten at Liverpool Animal Hospital for many many years. Dr. Wojick is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. It is so obvious how much everyone there loves animals! I've just started my new puppy's visits with every confidence.
My family has been going to LVAH since I was a baby! The vets and staff are all amazing!
