Excellent animal hospital. Best care in the area and they'll work with you on the prices.
I came with my niece and her dog. I am from out of town but work at my local veterinarian as a receptionist. Everyone was very friendly greeted us right away, brought us right in the room. They also used the calming clothes which we don't (not sure if they know about It) but I asked the tech about she explained and wrote the information down for me to bring back. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and we were out of there in no time! Great place

I brought my dog in to be fixed. Two surgeries later and he still isn't right. He was a healthy Active and happy dog. Now he can't even walk across the room.
I'm very happy with Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. They always get me wright in when I have a appointment and they always answer all my questions.
All the vets take time to answer questions fully and never rush. They are very understanding of our concerns for our pets and make sure we have all the information we need to make good choices for them. I highly recommend.

Our 1st experience @ LVAH was unfortunately for the worst possible news regarding our baby, Pumpkin. We never would've made it through that difficult time without the caring support and patient information from Dr. Pinneo and the staff.
This place is amazing, whenever I'm worried about Jake, they get me right in......not only do they take care and comfort him, but me as well
Everyone was great from the woman who made my dogs appt to the vet tech that brought us right back to the Dr who saw them and the woman who checked us out. Very pleased with the kind and professional care we received.
very reasonable pricing, only downside, Bailey was supposed to have a follow-up within a month to check her ears and make sure the medication was working and i asked them to send me a reminder but they never did and i had to bring her in bc she had another infection right as the first dose was wearing off and the cost possibly could have been lower had we done the follow up but, everyone is absolutely great.
