In my 37 years living in Syracuse, I have had several cats (and dogs) which have been cared for by several Veterinarians. Some were below par and one was downright criminal (they are now gone). The Liverpool Village Animal Hospital tops the charts in all categories of Animal care as far as I am concerned. While I travel past 4 or 5 vets to get to Liverpool, I would never willingly take my cat (Nimrod) anywhere else. If there were ten stars, I would gladly give the LVAH ten stars!
I've had all of my pets treated here over a span of about 20+ yrs. The majority have been treated by Dr Lin. I cannot say enough about her care, kindness, knowledge and concern. It just doesn't get any better. The staff is wonderful as well. Roxy and I thank all of you.
We love our animal hospital!! The front staff is fantastic - Michelle and all of the girls are more than wonderful - if they are having a rough day, you would never know it!! The technicians are wonderful - Marissa, Christopher to name a couple - the behind the scenes group!! They keep things moving and provide such great care of our pets. There aren't enough words to express how much I love and appreciate Dr. Wojcik & the entire staff at LVAH! Over the past few years my girls have unfortunately needed a lot of medical attention, and I have ALWAYS been able to rely on the exceptional quality of care that they receive from the practice. I'm grateful for everyone's commitment and genuine concern for the well-being of my "babies!" Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It all matters on what Veterinarian you have that impacts how amazing your experience is, and I just have to say I've went through not so good Veterinarians but now I don't have to worry about that anymore because I found Dr. Streeter at Liverpool Animal Hospital! She goes above and beyond for my fur children, (Finn and Beemo) she genuinely cares about my kids, and even personally reached out to me when I recently lost my beloved Lulu. Brought my 14 year old cat in for his standard shots. The vet noticed he had lost weight. The last 5 months the hospital and it's staff have been exceptional!! They have gone out of their way to take care of my cat and to comfort me. Thank you Vets an staff of Liverpool Village Animal Hospital!
