I go to LVAH every three weeks so my dog can get her allergy shot. I see tons of interactions in the outer office and in every case the office personnel and technicians are very positive and friendly. I've not seen all of the vets, but of the five I've seen, all have been very good with my dogs, especially the little one who is very nervous. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone - and actually have, lots of times!
I can't say enough good about this establishment. They handle every situation calmly, kindly and sincerely. Most recently, I called sobbing, at 7pm, and they compassionately told me to come down- they stayed late and were so nice. Starting with the front desk, to the doctors and techs in the back- you guys/girls are wonderful. We are so grateful to be able to call this our veterinary office.
I have been bringing our furry family members to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital since the hospital was located by Liverpool Lumber, many years ago. The animal hospital has grown and has excellent professional staff that are very knowledgeable and very caring. I have always received the best care for my pets from the staff and I would highly recommend people take their pets there. I have referred friends who are also very pleased with the care their pets have received.
We've been bringing Josie here for 8 years! Can't say enough about the staff and doctors. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed warmly. All the doctors are very reassuring and truly take the time to ease your concerns. I highly recommend Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for your vet needs.
Excellent and caring veterinary services. My parents brought our cats here many years ago. I returned here with our cats & a guinea pig after a bad experience at another nearby animal hospital. Worth the longer drive -- always great care.
Great care first time there , now I'm going to bring my other dog there as well!! No regrets great friendly personable staff!

I have always been well received with my pet (who isn't an easy kitty to deal with) and enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of the facility.
