Absolutely LOVE This clinic. From the first staff member you meet coming in the door, to the last person you speak with, everyone is professional, friendly, caring and concerned. I have been taking all of my animals to them for nearly 10 years now, and I recommend them to all of my animal loving friends. They treat both the owners and the animals with dignity and respect! One of Best places ever...
I as well have been taking my pets here since they were at the previous location. My "drop off" dog, Mira, started with LVAH since 2002 and has been into a porcupine, cut her wrist on a metal pipe and hit by a car. LVAH got her back up and runnung each and every time. The wrist issue was probably the great miracle as they thought she'd limp...well...no, not this dog. She ran and dug holes like no tomorrow. I would like to thank Dr. Wojcik for the excellent care he gave my cat, Katie, during the years she was a patient at LVAH. I would also like to thank Dr. Russell for the compassionate care she gave Katie in 2010 when she was so sick. We will miss everyone. She had her first visit with an AAHA vet today at our new location. Thanks again for everything.
Called with concerns on my pregnant Sasha and healthiness of her pups. Recieved great phone support but brought her in for an exam. She's a sweetheart but turns into a handful at the vet. The vet techs and vet did a great job dealing with her attitude. Extremely pleased with her care and now have a nice x-ray of her babies who all appear healthy.
I have been a client of LVAH for...25+ years! Dr. Hendrick has been all of my dogs' doctor the entire time, only seeing another if she was not there...most recently, Dr. Pinneo! UPDATE: Dr. Hendrick retired2 years ago...and now Dr. Pinneo is my go-to. GREAT GREAT guy...! I recommend them and him to anyone who asks where I go for veterinarian care...!
We had to put our bunny rabbit to sleep today. He was 10 and a half years old! Everyone at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful, kind, and caring. We are all comforted in knowing that he went to sleep peacefully. I was with him during his last minutes of life. Thank you to everyone at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital!
We have been going here for almost 2 years now and anything from regular check ups to surgeries have been absolutely amazing! Staff is wonderful and Dr jordan is the best!

I've been a customer at LVAH for about 2 years. Always great service and people and support. But this week I had an appointment with a doctor I've never seen before. Dr. Voss was thee kindest most patient veterinarian I've ever met. He let me go down an entire list of concerns for my pets (ears, ankles, teeth, weight) and I swear he was in our room for about 30 minutes giving them a thorough checkup.
