I brought my dog Harley in to get a kennel cough shot. Dr, Nicole Carista took extra time to examine him. She took the time to explain to me about the shot, how it works and what to expect. After the visit she made a comment to my dog, Harley about kidnapping him and keeping him in her cubicle. I don't know if she knew I heard but it made me feel great. knowing I could go on a small trip and leave my best friend with a good vets but with someone else that talks and treats my best friend the same way as I do!! I think this practice is wonderful! We have 4 pets seen by two different doctors and both docs are great! The techs and receptionist s are friendly and professional as well!
I have been taking my cat here for the past year, ever since we moved to Liverpool from Central Square. When my parents dog got sick, I suggested bringing him here and the staff was so nice, understanding, and amazing right up until our dog had to be put down, and after. With my cat, they take such good care of him! I suggest Liverpool Villiage Animal Hospital to anybody and everybody!
