I have been with Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for years and I want to personally thank Dr. Nicole Jordan again for the wonderful work that you do!
Love my boys, Polo and Duck Dr. Carista and Dr. Jordan are both wonderful. I think this place is awesome the whole staff is wonderful, however there is no price for my boys health!!!!

Excellent service from the front line to the end results...
When Maxie passed away we were all very sad. We miss her and find ourselves calling her name at times or thinking we see her out of the corner of our eye, only to remember she's no longer with us. Through all of this, the folks at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital have been extraordinary. We received Maxie's remains quickly and I was surprised when we also received a death certificate. Today, we received this card that was so thoughtful. Tomorrow we will look for a special place to plant Maxie's flowers.
I wouldn't bring my dog to any other place!! The entire staff takes excellent care of our dog. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I cannot say enough about the care and compassion my dogs receive every time we walk through the door! We recently visited with my 11 year old rescue who has congestive heart disease. It was the first time since he has been in medication that he had difficulty breathing. Thank you Dr Russell for checking up on Spike and for getting him back to his playful self!
Our little Morkie is going to be 5 in a few days. We have been taking her to the Liverpool Village Animal Hospital since she was six weeks old. We have never thought of taking our "baby girl" any place else. We always have had a wonderful experience no matter the reason for our visit. The doctors and staff are always kind, professional and very caring towards all of us! Thank you for all you have done for Coco...you make keeping her healthy a wonderful experience!
This is, by far, the best vet I have ever taken my animals, too. The entire staff seems to genuinely care about your pets and making sure their experience is as stress-free as possible.
