We have been going to the Liverpool Village Animal for more than 10 years. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Jordan is great! The evening hours are very helpful for working pet parents.
I arrived without an appointment at 7:30 with a sick kitty. Everyone was very helpful and as soon as one of the Doctors arrived, Oreo and I were seen. Although my Oreo usually sees Dr. Pinneo, who was off today, Dr. Prosser could not have been any kinder and knowledgeable. Oreo is home and hopefully, will be feeling in top shape soon. Thanks LVAM for all your care.
The vets and staff at LVAH are fantastic and above all, very, very caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Russell and everyone for all you do for our cats, especially our eldest, Franklin. He really likes the care and attention :-)

Our "little guy" was freshly bathed and a "happy little camper" after four days with y'all. We were told that he was a little hesitant at first so the staff kept him "close by" so he'd be more comfortable. Then we learned that SETI was "spoiled" while he was with you since you didn't have a "full house" at the time and spent a bit more time with our little guy. Knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate staff at LVAH. I've been taking my cat there for years & am about to bring my newly adopted kitten there for her first check up. They scheduled me on the day I requested & provided me a run down of the cost. Most importantly, the care is second to none! Highly recommend LVAH.
